Product Questions
A CAB installment loan is a medium-term loan provided by one of our lending partners. It is repaid gradually in scheduled payments over a period of no more than 180 days, similar to a traditional installment loan. A CAB installment loan may also be repaid early without any prepayment charges.
In Texas, CashNetUSA operates as a Credit Access Business (CAB). We will attempt to arrange a loan between you and a third-party lender and service that loan once it is issued.

Loan repayment options for CAB installment loans include:
- Installment Payments: Repay your loan in a number of scheduled payments made over several months.
- Full Payment: Pay off your loan in full at any time without any prepayment charges.
- Early or Partial Payment: Make an early or partial payment on your CAB installment loan at any time with no prepayment penalties.
Any documentation required depends on the laws of your state. In general, you will need to review and complete the following documents as part of your online loan application:
- Disclosure Statement
- Credit Access Service Agreement
- Promissory Note and Loan Agreement

Application Questions
Yes. Less-than-perfect credit will not necessarily prevent you from qualifying for a FlexCashNow product.* Even if you have been turned down by other lenders in the past, we may be able to help you obtain a convenient credit option that fits your needs.
FICO® Scores, created by Fair, Isaac and Company, are credit scores lenders use to help them make credit-related decisions. FICO® scores are based solely on the information in consumer credit reports maintained by the three major credit bureaus — Experian, Equifax and TransUnion. By comparing your credit information to the patterns in hundreds of thousands of past credit reports, FICO® Scores estimate your level of future credit risk.
Credit report inquiries to Experian, Equifax and TransUnion can negatively affect your FICO® score, especially if there are many in a short amount of time. With CashNetUSA, you don’t need to worry about your application affecting your FICO® score — we use information from alternative credit sources.
You will receive an email notification if your application has been approved.
There are some instances where proof of income is required before your application can be approved, such as if you receive benefits or are self-employed.
If we do need some additional documents, you can send them to us by:
- Uploading them online in your account
- Emailing
- Faxing
We strongly recommend uploading the documents to your account. We can process them and get you a loan decision much faster than if you email or fax them.
Your exact deposit time depends on the time when your application is approved and a successful confirmation of your email address.
Monday through Friday: If your application is approved by 1:30 p.m. CT, you will generally receive your funds by the end of that day. If your application is approved after 1:30 p.m. CT, you will generally receive your funds by the next business day. For example, if your application is approved at 10 a.m. CT on a Tuesday, you will generally receive funds in your designated bank account by Tuesday afternoon.
Friday 1:30 p.m. CT to Monday 1:30 p.m. CT: If your application is approved between 1:30 p.m. CT Friday and 1:30 p.m. CT Monday, you will receive your funds on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday.
The exact time of funding depends on when your bank will post ACH (Automated Clearing House) credits to your bank account. If you expect to receive funds on a certain day, but do not see the funds in your bank account, you should contact your bank's ACH department.
Account Questions
To update your personal information, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Select "Edit" under "Profile"
- Make changes and save

To update the email address on your account, email help@flexcashnow.com and include the following information in your email:
- State "update my email" in the subject line of the email
- In the body of the email, include your:
- FlexCashNow Customer ID
- New email address
- First name and last name
- Attach a non-expired photo ID (front and back)
Please allow up to three business days to process your request.
To update your password, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Select "Change Password" under "Profile"
- Type in a new password and save
Use your new password the next time you log in.
To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Select "Forgot your email or password?" under the login section on the upper right-hand side of our website.
- Enter your email address and select the "Reset Password" button to have a temporary password delivered to the email address associated with your account.
- Once you log in with your temporary password, you will be required to update that password immediately.
Repayment Questions
We use a variety of different technologies such as McAfee SECURETM to protect your data. Learn more at our Online Security Center.

Fraud & Security Questions
To update your bank information, contact our Customer Service Team via email at help@flexcashnow.com or phone at 1-886-919-2855. Please make all information changes at least two business days before your loan due date.
If you have already applied for your online loan, you will need to send a copy or photo of a voided check or bank statement for the new bank account via email to help@flexcashnow.com. The document must include your name, routing number and account number. Please do not submit a voided starter check, as we do not accept this as valid proof of bank information.
For your protection, please do not email or fax any debit card or bank information to our Collections Department. Please call us at 1-886-919-2855 if you would like to set up a payment via debit card or any other method.
We understand that sometimes life happens. We’re here to help. Contact us via phone or email at least two business days before your upcoming payment to see if you’re eligible for a payment arrangement.
The exact time you will be able to reapply and receive funds after you have paid off your loan depends on your state of residence. You will be able to reapply through your FlexCashNow account.
If you reapply and are approved, you will generally receive your funds once your previous loan payment has been successfully processed. You may be required to wait a few additional days if you reside in a state that mandates a cooling off period between your loans.

ACH (Automated Clearing House) is a form of electronic debit. When the lender presents an ACH request to your bank, the bank will send the specified amount of loan fees and/or principal to the lender that were outlined in your loan agreement. If the payment is returned because of insufficient funds, the lender may re-present the debit to your bank.

The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) provides certain protections and relief to eligible active duty servicemembers, their spouses and dependents. For example, if a debt was incurred by the servicemember, or jointly with the servicemember’s spouse, before the servicemember’s active duty military service, the servicemember is entitled to have the interest rate on the debt reduced to 6% during the period of active duty service.

⁶ If approved, any requested funds may typically be deposited into your bank account the same business day; timing of funding may vary by product and state. The date and time funds are made available to you by your bank are subject to your bank’s policies.
⁷ Loan terms will be provided by the lender and may include an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) ranging from 250% to 450%. Rates and interest may vary based on the loan amount and the applicant’s qualifications. Additional fees may apply, and these terms are subject to your creditworthiness and the lender’s conditions.
⁸ As you move through your credit journey, your account may become eligible for reduced charges and/or increased credit limits/loan amounts based on good payment history over time. You will receive notices, as applicable, regarding your individual circumstances and eligibility.
